Senior LED Test Engineer

Develop and deploy LED test systems

• Define test methodology based on customer requirements. Identify, select, and specify test instrumentation and equipment. Perform as a technical lead on test development projects. Manage Development Projects. Write software for test control, data collection and processing. Integrate software and hardware into working test stations. Qualify instrumentation in accordance with good industry practices. Write engineering documentation, operating procedures, manuals. Define, plan, and execute tool qualifications. Mentor and coordinate project activities of test engineers. Train and support operating personnel.
• Master’s degree or its foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mathematics or closely related field
• 5 years of industrial test engineering experience. Experience must include the following: 5 years experience with Optical Test Methodologies; 5 years experience in PC-based data acquisition, data logging, and instrument control; 5 years experience of LabVIEW programming skills; 5 years experience of volume manufacturing; Familiarity with automation for process control; Working knowledge of circuit design; Working knowledge of metrology and Statistical Process Control tools; Familiarity with optoelectronic component testing; and Familiarity with broad programming skills (e.g. VB, Matlab, C, or SQL).
